Scottsdale Arizona, May 13, 2004 — 23 Degrees, a local Internet Business Solutions firm, takes on projects all of the time that require ingenuity, and creativity. Melinda Marshall had an idea to take our creativity and use it to it's fullest potential. 23 Degrees was challenged with creating a unique brand that would take her from a singular and transform her into the Melinda Marshall product.

We started with her desires to separate herself from traditional REALTOR® marketing methods. Our first endeavor was to create a logo, and a name for her that would portray a more corporate image. We took her name created a logo around it, and positioned it as her company name. Next we took that brand and spread it across print marketing, business cards, letterhead, and of course her personal Web site.

Her Web site became a mix of conceptual advertising for specific districts in the Phoenix area. We created a specialty service menu that included Phoenix area lofts, Historical Districts, the Central Corridor, and Phoenix Living. The concept behind the design was to show the specialties of downtown Phoenix, portray it in a young professional image, and market it to that demographic.

By giving Melinda Marshall a specialty we have created a niche market that she is able to market with pinpoint precision. Her professional online image portrays knowledge of her industry, and trust. Being new to REALTOR® profession her need to create an edge is imperative to her success. We believe we have provided her with the edge she needed to move forward.
