  Design Concepts a custom home builder currently had a Web site that had become outdated. The company had grown steadily, and needed to compete with larger more established custom home builders. Design Concepts wanted to create a solution that would add functionality, and incorporate a fresh design.

Goals
  Design Concepts a builder of custom homes contracted with 23° to create a visual design that would establish their credibility among it's competitors. The design focused on creating an environment that would allow for increased client interaction, and open access to information. Moving forward they wanted a way to keep their clients in the loop throughout the building process from start to finish.
 
Execution Strategy
 

23° incorporated a secure client portal option that would allow for Design Concepts to post project progress, as well as provide information on project related issues or needs. In addition 23° created portals for prospective clients to create custom home scenarios by enabling them to choose different architectural elements, and interior design options for their proposed home.

 
Results
 

The new solutions resulted in providing Design Concepts with the ability to view client preferences, they were able to better serve their clients by understanding their wants and needs, as well as provide an enhanced user experience that resulted in a reduced administrative activities for Design Concepts internal staff. The design also provided the professional more advanced image that many larger home builders currently use.
